¡Vámonos! Figure It Out with Alma’s Way

Have you ever wished that you could pause life long enough to figure out the answers to your problems? Well, six-year-old Alma Rivera does that every day! Created by Sonia Manzano (whom you might remember as Maria from Sesame Street™), Alma’s Way from PBS KIDS and Fred Rogers Productions is an engaging animated series that gives children ages 4–6 the power to find their own answers to their problems, express what they think and feel, and recognize and respect the unique perspective of others. Each episode features a “Think Through” moment, where Alma addresses the audience while she learns to think for herself, make decisions, and understand other people’s points of view.

Alma is a proud, confident six-year-old Puerto Rican girl living in the Bronx alongside her family, friends, and neighbors. Every episode aims to model self-awareness, responsible decision making, and empathy, encouraging kids to generate and value their own ideas and questions.

Young patrons and educators alike can find episodes of Alma’s Way seasons 1 and 2—all available in the United States on kid-friendly, ad-free platforms they can access anywhere—on Learn360 for K–12 schools and districts.
