Bill is a proven visionary, results-driven leader across Education, Workforce, and Information businesses, where he has driven substantial growth, transformation, and operational excellence across K–12, Higher Ed, and Corporate. Bill has held leadership roles including CEO/Founder of Meteor Learning, President of Nelson Education, Executive Vice President of Cengage Learning, and Partner of The Parthenon Group (now part of Ernst & Young). Most recently, Bill sold Meteor to Noodle and was retained post-sale as Chief of Partner Solutions. Across these roles, Bill has focused on building high-performing teams and driving meaningful innovation within legacy markets. Accomplishments include the creation and scaling of a unique online skills-based learning model, leading the shift from print to digital textbooks with MindTap as a next-generation solution, and creating a first-of-its-kind direct-to-consumer channel for learning materials. Bill is excited to take the helm of Infobase, where he will focus on the opportunity to leverage reputable legacy brands to drive strong outcomes for customers and learners.
Bill received his B.A. from Connecticut College, and his Masters of Industrial Administration (MBA) from Carnegie Mellon University. Bill currently serves on the Board of The May Institute, a national leader in the field of applied behavioral analysis. Bill has also served on the Boards of IMS (1EdTech) and Coursesmart, where he played a prominent role in developing and distributing educational technology standards and accelerating online learning.

Neil started his career at PwC in the Assurance practice, where his primary focus was on audits of publicly traded companies. In 2015, he left PwC to join Lasership, Inc as its Corporate Controller. After helping take Lasership through a sale, Neil joined CIBT, Inc as its Global Corporate Controller and VP of Finance. Neil departed CIBT to start his own CFO and Controller Advisory Services firm, NH Consulting, Inc. Neil put the consulting firm on hold for the great opportunity of Infobase. He has over fifteen years of experience in finance and accounting.
Neil received his BS in Business Administration and Accounting from Christopher Newport University and his Masters in Accounting from the College of William and Mary. He is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Fraud Examiner. Neil also has obtained his Masters in Medical Cannabis Science and Therapeutics from the University of Maryland.

He has previously served in leadership positions at Credo Reference, NimblyWise, and a variety of companies in health care and other industries ranging from startups to large public enterprises.

Focusing on retaining and expanding within not just the University space but also State and Local and Industry supporting Associations.
When he’s not ensuring CareerEco clients are successful, Chris spends his time raising 4 kids, 2 dogs, and 12 chickens with his wife in Culpeper, Virginia and can be found either in the mountains hiking or fly fishing.

As Infobase’s VP of Marketing, Lesley leads the acceleration and expansion of communication programs to educate and inform customers and the market with educational content for all markets. She is focused on developing effective marketing strategies that align with Infobase’s business goals to ensure that the Marketing department’s activities contribute to the company’s long-term success.
Lesley lives in Massachusetts and is an avid gardener and beachcomber and occasional open water swimmer.

From project managing the first library automation implementations in the Southeast 30 years ago, to creating online original and credit recovery programs, to enriching traditional and remote learning environments, Denise’s mission to impact teaching and learning continues here at Infobase. Teaching skipped a generation in her family; she was raised by a teacher, and she raised a teacher. Denise believes her contribution is not teaching in a classroom like her mother and daughter, but promoting student success by providing empowering, engaging tools to positively impact teaching and learning. Denise encourages her team to first listen and understand the unique needs of each education partner before offering a sustainable, affordable solution. She has a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration and Political Science from Georgia College and State University, located in Milledgeville, Georgia, where she lives with her husband of 36 years. When Denise is not working, she spends her time with her two grandchildren, Sadie and Harris, and tending to her new family members, four miniature donkeys, two miniature cows, four ducks, and six chickens.
