The Southern Westchester Board of Cooperative Educational Services (SWBOCES) was established in 1948 by the New York State Commissioner of Education and the Board of Regents to provide shared educational and management services to schools and school districts in that geographic region. Putnam/Northern Westchester BOCES works closely in partnership with all of their school districts to develop the best possible responses to their service needs.
