Dear Producer:

We have made some recent changes to our royalty reporting and payment schedule effective as of 2nd half 2021 royalty reporting. The information is provided below and replaces any prior information you may have received. Going forward, all Infobase Streaming Video agreements and amendments will reflect this change.

The Royalties section of the Agreement is updated to reflect the following payment schedule:

• Royalties shall be paid one (1) time per year by August 31 for the prior two royalty periods.
• Royalties under the Agreement shall now be measured bi-annually or two (2) times per year for the Royalty Period ending June 30 and December 31 respectively, and shall be reported within 60 days following the close of the royalty period.
