In an exciting update, World News Digest users can now find Google Maps at the top of each country’s overview. The maps come with an Expand option that enlarges the map to full screen, zoom in/zoom out options, the ability to click and drag to explore the map, and several map types including Terrain, Road Map, Satellite, and Hybrid. The detailed maps allow users to zoom in to see where cities are located. Users do not need to sign in with Google to see the maps and can explore the maps on phones and tablets as well as desktop computers.
Users can find World News Digest’s overviews and Google Maps of 200+ nations and territories by clicking on “By Country” under “Browse News” on the three-line drop-down menu at the top left of the page.
