New Admin Feature Gives On Demand and Learn360 Admins More Control

Infobase has added a convenient new admin feature for On Demand and Learn360 Account Administrators. They can now have Usage Reports emailed automatically on a recurring schedule.

The one-time new admin feature set-up in the Admin Portal takes less than a minute. Account Admins can choose when to send the email. They can send it monthly, at the end of the calendar year, or at the end of the academic year.

Recently, On Demand and Learn360 Account Administrators can save the reports they create. They can access them later from the “My Saved Reports” tab in the Admin Portal. They can rerun these saved reports at any time. Reports are also available to be exported in CSV format as well as Excel (XLSX) format. Admins can easily choose their preferred format.
