Issues & Controversies Award Winner Recognition for Debate Research

Infobase is pleased to announce that its Issues & Controversies in an award winner of the Tech & Learning‘s ISTE 2015 Best of Show Award.

This is the second year that Tech & Learning has presented its prestigious awards program honoring great products at ISTE. Winners were chosen by an anonymous panel of educator judges. They reviewed the exhibit hall floor during the 2015 conference in Philadelphia. The judges rated their impressions on a sliding scale. First, they evaluated quality and effectiveness, ease of use, and creative use of technology. Then, they met in person to decide which technologies would have the most impact in the classroom and deserved to be named Best of Show.

The database is also an LMC/ARBA Best in Reference Award winner, a Library Journal Best Database, an SIIA CODiE Awards Finalist, and a winner of The ComputED Gazette‘s Education Software Review Award (EDDIES) and Best Educational Software Award (BESSIES).

The ISTE 2015 Best of Show Award winners will be featured in the August 2015 issue of Tech & Learning as well as in the digital version of the Best of Show Program Guide.
