TEDTalks on Films On Demand Expand Streaming Video Access
Infobase Learning is pleased to announce the addition of world-renowned TEDTalks. They are now part of its Films On Demand family of streaming video products.
More than 200 TEDTalks have been added.These talks are widely respected and bring together fascinating, forward-thinking minds. Topics include technology, science, and global issues, as well as entertainment, design, and business. Hundreds more are expected by the end of the year.
About the Streaming Video Collaboration
Through this collaboration, Films On Demand is the first subscription video platform to index TEDTalks for higher education. It also integrates TEDTalks into its platform. Already, TEDTalks are now part of Films On Demand‘s streaming video products. These products serve the high school and public library markets. They include Films On Demand, Classroom Video On Demand and Access Video On Demand, respectively.
Video On Demand’s acclaimed digital delivery system lets educators, students, and librarians easily watch TEDTalks in full. They can also access predefined segments to quickly find specific curriculum topics.
Users who watch TEDTalks on the Films On Demand streaming platform can use many helpful features. They can save and organize favorite videos. They can also integrate videos into an educational CMS. Additionally, users can create custom playlists. They can also browse and search with powerful tools, including the new Search Assist feature. Subscribers can also access content easily through the Special Collections tab.
