Learn360 Acquisition Expands Infobase K-12 Media Resources
Infobase Learning, a Veronis Suhler Stevenson portfolio company, announced today that it has acquired Learn360, an interactive media-on-demand service for the K-12 education market, from AIM Education, Inc. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Learn360 is a subscription-based streaming media provider for K–12 schools in the United States and Canada. The platform includes more than 73,000 multimedia assets from over 60 leading educational producers. These assets include digital video titles, video clips, speeches, images, songs, research articles, and activities.Learn360 serves more than 25,000 schools.
Learn360 is also a technology leader. It offers educators and students many features and tools not found on other streaming video platforms. Additionally, all Learn360 video content aligns with state, provincial, and Common Core standards. It supports 21st Century Learning Initiatives and meets the needs of school districts and teachers.
