About the Presenters
John Sowash is a former high school biology teacher and school administrator. For more than a decade, John has worked with schools around the world, providing practical, hands-on professional development and helping educators and students use technology in meaningful ways. John is the author of The Chromebook Classroom and founder of the Google Certification Academy. John lives in Howell, Michigan, with his wife and five kids.
Emily Ice is the Director of Product Segment, K–12, at Infobase. As a former elementary school educator, Emily leverages her experience in the classroom, curriculum development knowledge, and passion for teacher training to support K–12 product development. She has her bachelor’s in Psychology from Duke University and her master’s in Education from the University of Notre Dame.
